Our clients' sites come in all shapes and sizes, with a variety of problems to be solved and a wide range of budgets. Our residential design process is tailored to fit clients’ specific requirements and begins with a meeting to gain an understanding of clients’ unique needs and issues. These needs can vary from small scale planting design to hardscape design, site stormwater solutions and master planning.

 

In the conceptual design stage, we further the dialogue with the client through the development of a series of designs to gauge clients’ visual and formal preferences. Next, in the design development stage, the conceptual design is expanded to include include specific material and plant preferences, and site layout and grading. The final product is typically a set of construction documents that often include layout, grading, and planting plans suitable for contractor installation of the project.
